So, you won’t believe this, but I tried making sourdough bread yesterday. Long story short, I ended up with what looked like a pancake gone wrong. 😂 I swear, it’s like the dough had a mind of its own and decided to explore new dimensions of failure. Maybe it was too ambitious of me, considering my last cooking adventure involved burning toast. Anyway, lesson learned: baking is clearly a dark art. Who knew yeast could be so temperamental? 🍞 Guess it’s back to store-bought bread for now!
