just bought a continuous glucose monitor aiming to learn more about my body’s response to various nutrients and activities current plan: isolated intake of: - steak - eggs - coffee - various protein shakes - weight lifting - cardio (cycling) what else should i do? i only have 14 days

Sleep and stress impact blood glucose. Just an FYI. Also, be cognizant of what you are drinking.

I think I would probably test out a basket of my more indulgent snacks/sweets to at least see which of them has the least bad impact on blood glucose spikes.
