Here's a situation that happened just yesterday with the pre-market of BLAST. Initially, the price was trading around $4-5, but then it suddenly dropped to $0.05, leaving all buyers at the higher price practically wiped out. Why did this happen? Bybit launched the pre-market trading of BLAST without knowing the tokenomics and the total supply of tokens. People started trading based on the "standard" 1 billion tokens, making $4-5 per token a reasonable price. Then 🧵

Grayscale ETHE Trust will likely create sell pressure the same way as GBTC after Trust converted to ETF. AUM of ETHE is around $10B in ETH. If demand from new ETFs is less than ETHE out-flow, ETH price might fall. Why would there be out-flows? Just like GBTC, investors might wanna take profits.
