yes the max you can tip out to an individual is

i’m still trying to piece it all together. it’s tied to the game but i can’t understand the tipping

I tested it a bit. 10000 $FOMO once per day per person, meaning you can't tip anyone more than 10K. Oh, and it has to be all capital letters. Lowercase doesn't seem to work.
