Yes, like every exchange, but SEPA transfers are free. 
I use also credit cards, but it has around a 2% fee

I checked it and CHF Sepa payments are not possible, you can only do it in EUR.

SEPA does only work with EUR as far as I see? are you using credit card to top up in CHF?
