I've never talked about my job before, but I work for an IT company. Since I do a lot of desk work, I need a change of pace sometimes, so I try to have lunch outside. I also go for walks afterwards. It's too hot right now, though... Do you guys do anything to take a break during work?

If you are a university student, I think it would be beneficial to participate in a company's internship and experience the workplace and projects. I've seen many graduates achieve great things after such experiences.
