Chicken Soup (before and after) carrots, onions (coarsely chopped), celery, potatoes (a couple), two chicken legs (possibly cochin) In Italy we usually eat this with pastina (little pasta) or tortellini (fresh pasta). In Japan we usually put in ramen noodles and it’s delicious πŸ˜‹

drumsticks are the lower legs of a chicken. I actually ended up making pho (vietnamese noodle soup) for myself and just shredded the chicken into the soup. He has the drumsticks and thighs and roast potatoes. Thanks for the inspo!🀍
