Melbourne Place is a hotel with an incredibly warm and cozy interior — especially in contrast to the Dubai café I showed earlier. The feeling of comfort comes from the use of materials in warm, natural tones like brick, wood, terrazzo, and brass. At the same time, some interior elements echo the industrial architecture of the 19th century. It feels like a peaceful little factory of calm. 📍 130 Russell St, Melbourne, Australia
