No, switch their places: - Monday: Legs - Tuesday: Peloton Imho, you'll have more strength for doing legs, which on their part will benefit you're whole training week after that because of the increased hormone stimulus 😊

Recently started incorporating Andrew Huberman's Fitness Protocol. I was a long time whole body workout fan but decided to change my approach. Initial impressions: starting the week with legs gives me an awesome boost and for some reason i don't feel as tired as I used to before. 💪
