I don't trust happy people. They are overcompensating for some pain inside.

Contentment and being grateful is not the same as happiness. True happiness is unobtainable unless you can figure out how to stop aging, death and inequality. That's why I say I don't trust people who say they are happy because they aren't. They are fooling themselves. You can be content and grateful but not happy.

This doesnt apply for all, some ppl are content and grateful for being alive and healthy. 

Even if you have problems in ur life, that doesnt mean one has to be upset about it tbf
