Was reading how stablecoins are about to truly hit the US economy with upcoming legislation - something that, imo, will rapidly cascade into long-lasting global consequences. Wish I had an economics degree. I don’t, so I just made something up - because why not. So... after the US Empire starts to come on-chain... 🧵 2025-2027 - The crypto market cap goes exponential. - Most autocratic regimes follow suit, jumping in and launching their own stablecoins within months. - Some chains scale more easily than others; speed wins over security and decentralization. - Unsafe chains start collapsing - millions of people and entire nations lose everything. - Centralized chains go full-on war (cyber & physical) against decentralized chains. 1/4

2027-2028 - Authoritarian regimes place all bets on centralized chains; democracies do the opposite. - Network states start rising but get attacked by collapsing nations - civil wars erupt. - The Flippening: The majority of the world economy moves on-chain. 2028-2033 - WW3: Battle of the Dying Empires — US vs. China - AI-powered warfare and economic automation reshape everything - unstoppable feedback loops push nations to the brink. - Global chaos accelerates, bio warfare, famine and economic collapse cause a population drop to 5 billion. 2/4

- Off-chain currencies fully collapse and disappear; empire-pegged stablecoins remain. - A non-pegged stablecoin - HOPE - starts rising. 2033-2038 - Out of the dust, a new global hierarchy takes shape. - Untouched by war and rich in natural resources, South America leads the world economy - Africa rises alongside it. - Southeast Asia emerges as a key force, bridging trade and technology. - The world comes back online: fully on-chain, decentralized, open source. - With big tech algorithm-driven empires gone, real value starts floating to the top - humanity begins to truly connect for the first time. 3/4
