These days are long. I’m a medical student, third year, on my last rotation: surgery. I’m typically here from 5 AM to 5 PM (if not a longer day). I respect more and more what surgeons do every day. However, it’s sometimes hard to stomach some of the worst symptoms of a broken medical training system.

Recasting here because I just found you 🥹 what do y’all think? (medicine people and non-medicine people alike!) I’m trying to understand my niche on farcaster and thought I would talk about how I’ve been feeling lately.
