Thought this was an interesting Ted talk. TLDR; Climate change deniers correctly recognise that if climate change is real the developed world will require dramatic lifestyle changes, but would rather fall back on conspiratorial thinking to shield themselves from that reality. But many avowed proponents of climate action do not behave as if they believe in Climate Change and its near term consequences (i.e by flying, eating meat, etc). So in a way these people are in denial also. https://youtu.be/MHZMQLDr-OA?si=hTfWSPKiEzAo4gzp

I think it would be funny if in 2030 something were to happen which rapidly addresses climate change (if it is not adequately addressed by then, which it likely wonβt)

A fantastic project, "The Great Green Wall of Africa π" is planting a forest wall on the Southern Boundary of the Sahara Desert from East coast to West coast. My focus is some blockchain social good here for donations. This shall give a high ROI for greenhouse gas plus erosion reductions. π /welcome to join our discussions
