if the self driving + optimus stuff hits, will be massive gain from here no idea if it works (not a tsla shareholder myself), but still a lot of asymmetric upside

$TSLA P/E ratio is 110. Optimus and self driving might hit, but even after a 50% drawdown I don’t think you can call it asymmetric upside. Upside potential? Sure, but there is still plenty of room to fall from here also.

The bet is they have access to frontier AI / training cluster (through xAI) + top real-world AI dataset and talent + ability to manufacture profitability. There's no other company in the US that's close with that skillset.
