still think excluding meatspace is wrong bc so much of the impactful funding we make have cultural relevance irl

and im saying that as a terminally online human hoping to exist in a pure digital form before i die (also half-expect that what we think is base layer reality is not)

Agreed, I think it can be an onchain state that does IRL things 

It's not a regular state and it's not a network state. It's not trying to own territory. Its territory is onchain.

It comes to RL to interact with humans of course.

not to be overly argumentative here but i still disagree w this —

our ’territory’ is both digital and physical, its just not ’land’ in the classical sense
