This year I built: šŸ”µ I founded the Tanzania Base community, now home to over 230+ builders. šŸ”µReleased MTINGO alongside the MBUZI NFT collection on Base, marking a milestone in decentralized African storytelling. Go mint our collection https://app.niftykit.com/collections/Mbuzi šŸ”µOrganized and hosted the first Base meetup in Tanzania, fostering connections and collaboration within the ecosystem. šŸ”µOnboarded forks onto Coinbase Wallet and got them Basename, for over 50+ forks. šŸ”µOnboarded builders onto Warpcast, enriching the ecosystem with innovative contributors. Decided to end this year by onboarding merchants to use USDC in Tanzania at a pop-up event! We were able to educate over 5 merchants on the benefits of using USDC for their businesses. From fast transactions to reduced costs . Letā€™s close the year with impact. Big shout out to @0xmedicineman for putting this together

This week I built: - I Co-Hosted base East Africa AMA session behind the Tanzania Base community page, contributed by addressing issues surrounding Base-builds, focusing on how builders can earn while continuing to develop on the Base I also shared insights on the state of Base in East Africa, highlighting the region's growing interest and potential. I emphasized key areas for builders to focus on, such as Stablecoins, ai agents , creators etc, which are crucial for creating more accessible and practical use cases.
