Pay your followers to automatically recast your cast! - sounds really cool targeted advertising to your audience๐ฅ but one question, doesn't this contradict the Spam policy. won't the account that will automatically repost suffer from this?

I think the difference is you have to pay, so it could become prohibitively expensive to do this at scale also, you can only pay people who follow you to recast too
