Yesterday, I looked at the results of the phone talks between Trump and Putin...
It’s a complete disappointment.
Unfortunately, I realize now that the war in Ukraine will drag on endlessly, and every day and every night people will keep dying.
I assumed that, as usual, Trump would see some kind of “incredible (invisible) progress” after the talks, but I still hoped for a miracle.
We can forget about any real action from the U.S. - no pressure, no sanctions.
The dumbest part is that Trump, through his actions, is killing off any fragile European peace initiatives.
Trump is just a salesman, not the leader of a global power.
Putin manipulates him with little effort.
This negotiation process will drag on for years - just like the war
