I think that there is a mistake on the website. how come a senior product designer makes $175,100—$206,000 USD while a staff product designer making $201,450—$237,000 USD?

Hey @ichooserich 👋 - Very good questions! At Base, a staff level product designer is the next level above a senior product designer. Senior Product Designer -> Staff Product Designer. I hope this information helps!
