Why CEX are not willing to corporate when someone mistakely send some token (or on blockchain) which they don't 'support', afterall CEX control those wallets. I really don't understand what is the issue here.

Binance has full explaination on how to 'recover' tokens withdrawn from binance to 'wrong' network. But If deposited to binance then they have a funny response- contact wallet to see 'if' they can help.

Na I was talking about cases lets say if I send usdc from base to bianance and they dont support it, Users face issue from binance in recovering those.
