The afternoon was filled with prehistoric art in Santiago near plaza de armas. 

Got to really feel the scale of the centuries and geography of the Americas.

The Incan knots were unreal. Beautiful, transcending, otherworldly. Thanks @vgr

Fun to see how each exhibit played detective at human stories amidst the rubble of pottery, tapestry scraps and burial urns.

I loved the large maps on the museum as well as the inkan knots exhibit. 

Apart from that … there’s a vault that’s temperature controlled with a bunch of prehistoric weaving examples that’s pretty cool.

I'm going there on Tuesday. Any recommendations for a first-time visitor?
