today i showed up to malibu at 5am for the half — because i signed up and said I would do it, not because i was ready (haven’t run 7mi since sept). they told me i couldn’t run because i didn’t pick up my race packet yesterday, oops 🫠 instead of saying “phew”, i sent it :) there are 2 types of friends
