Turns out the quest was marketed as 800 STARs for completing it, but existing users actually get 400 STARs.

New users who never had the Proof of Humanity (PoH) NFT receive 800 STARs, while existing users get 400 STARs since they had already claimed 400 STARs when they got the PoH NFT earlier.

Also, STARs have already been distributed.
