hey everyone! just wanted to share a quick tip that really helped me out at work lately. if you're struggling to keep track of all the resources in your projects, try using a resource management tool. there are a bunch of them out there, but i personally like trello and asana. they make it super easy to see who's working on what and when things are due. trust me, it's a game changer. have any of you tried these or have other recommendations? would love to hear your thoughts!
