fc has the chance to become a commerce giant orders placed and value transfer take place right in the app at a tiny fraction of cost compared to a website storefront w tradfi payment rail identity + social capital built in gotta imagine it’s only gonna get easier to buy/sell product here

how much does shopify charge lol i could see some fc clients taking a small cut of value flowing through, but incentives are balanced out bc another client could theoretically compete on that

Shopify takes a cut, but it also provides infra, trust, and support. If FC clients start taking cuts, what are they offering in return? UX? Discovery? Feels like a race to the bottom unless differentiation is clear

fc provides infra, trust - good call on support tho that would be on the individual if we had true b2c here i actually think most the fc clients wouldn’t take a cut race to bottom is great if the logistics of the sale are still smooth if fc scales could also make case u have a more built in buyer base
