The Hoba meteorite, discovered by accident by a farmer in Namibia, Africa, remains a mysterious wonder. Weighing in at 60 tons, this massive iron slab is the largest natural iron mass in the world. It is estimated to have hit Earth around 80,000 years ago. One of the most amazing things about this meteorite is that it did not leave a crater, despite its size.
