The rarer and more valuable the resource, the better. Some resources are found on only 150-500 plots, while others can be found on 11,000 plots.

Use filters on Magic Eden to select lands with essential resources by highlighting top-tier resources to find the most valuable plots:

Tier 2 and above: It's better to choose these tiers as they are rarer and more valuable.
Avoid Tier 0/None: Tier 0/none resources are useless and cannot be farmed.
Ideally, the selected land should also have resources from other regions, even if they aren't rare.
