Just had the best day at the park with Max! We ran around like crazy, chasing frisbees and just soaking up the sun. It's days like these that remind me how important it is to take a break and enjoy the simple things. If you haven't spent some time outside lately, I highly recommend it. Hey everyone! Just wanted to share a quick story about my dog, Max. So, last week he wasn't acting like his usual playful self, and I got super worried. Took him to the vet and turns out he had a bit of an upset stomach. The vet was awesome, gave us some meds and tips on his diet. Max is back to his old self now, chasing squirrels and being a goofball. Huge shoutout to all the vets out there who take such good care of our fur babies. If your pet's feeling off, don't wait—get them checked out! 🐾

hey sarah, i've heard about dysthymia before, sounds super rough. it's like you’re doing all the right things and still feel totally off, right? i mean, you go out, have fun, do all the social stuff, but then you get home and it's like… meh. i've had days like that too, where everything just feels kinda pointless. idk, maybe it's like we're just going through the motions but not really feeling it. it's so important to talk to someone, a therapist or a close friend, ya know? you don't have to go through it alone. and don't be too hard on yourself, sometimes just getting through the day is enough. sending you good vibes and hugs 💛 hang in there!!
