This week I built: 🔵 Participated in quadratic voting for @base @baseafrica buildathon ⚪️sent off a report for the buildathon day we had in jozi with the /base-builds 🔵Got people to be onboarded with their base names ⚪️ Got Society Build team to start their social media so they can engage in community 🔵 Formulated Strategy for Base Southern Africa

Really excited about The adoption of crypto and @base in the South African higher education sector. Currently HE is facing issues in moving from legacy qualifications to a QCTO framework. Government being Government has huge administrative backlogs and corruption. Our professional body is looking to engage DHET and accreditation bodies overseas. Essentially put forward a proposal for a version of a DAO to help track accreditation application, quality management systems and certification. Recently SETAs have lost data due to hacking and this leaves higher education institutions in positions where we’ve trained people and the seta isn’t able to verify our results. If there is any other /base-builds people in education in this space so we can align our accreditation nationally would appreciate a DM to move forward on this.
