I'm so happy to see the crypto ecosystem give a huge middle finger to the SEC.

Coinbase, Uniswap, and now ConsenSys (among others) choosing not to let the SEC bully crypto anymore - they're choosing to fight.

Screw you Gary Gensler - you have no power here.

Totally agree. I’m tired of feeling like we’re on our heels as an industry.  Being on the offensive is a good strategy now that there has been precedent set in recent wins.
