quick note on the numbers here - mistake on my part to put exact amount. OTC terms that were discussed with @purp and Habs is 50% discount to market price. Both DAOs are closely aligned and moving fast to get liquidity onto /degen, I'll get better at this governance process $PROXY

if the numbers are wrong then redo the vote. as the proposal it stands you are currently offering 80% discount, which doesnt look good at all.
