why is it an 80% discount, when the proposal says 50%? can we get some clarification or updated numbers within the proposal itself. not just some post on warpcast.

before anything is finalize we'll certainly do updated numbers. moving fast to get this done, but also building out governance documentation & better comms for next time. 50% discount to market price, 6m cliff, 12m linear vesting
