It's impossible to convey how essential a spiritual practice is until you start one. The richness &amp; presence you develop transfers to everything that you do.

Once you really make contact with the truth of yourself, you'll feel like you never really lived before then.

The last line feels hyperbolic

I'd argue journaling and regular reflection isn't a spiritual practice but helps you come to terms w reality and be more accountable 

No need for spirituality there
