one of the cooler things about a permapool that consistently generates fees in HIGHER is that it could create lots of small on-chain HIGHER earning opportunities dependent on volume and the size of the permapool LP position each week, a limited number of people could join a HIGHER-gated /commit and get the chance to earn more HIGHER by contributing to the community
