Here's a question for the group chat... How would the FC community react to non-endemic (e.g., not a crypto-first) brands coming onto the network? For example, Wendy's shows up tomorrow and starts casting about JBCs and frosties -- how do you feel? For context, a few years ago, I led social and community for a large F500 CPG brand that went all in on esports. Our target audiences were identical, so we invested several million dollars in teams, players, events, etc. -- and the response was amazing. The esports community was stoked that big brands were taking notice and investing, and the brand was thrilled with the sales numbers and social chatter -- win/win. Now, with that said, traditional brands have a long and storied history of entering "web3" and being unbelievably cringe-worthy -- and the brands that /did/ stick around for a bit (see Nike, Starbucks, etc.) all eventually shut down their projects. So, how would you feel about big trad brands being here?
