Answer to this question is very simple tbh, can I play SOTE without having the base game Elden Ring? No. Has the base game already been nominated and won the GOTY 2 years back? Yes. Simply put, SOTE isn’t a GAME without the BASE GAME & hence deserves no nomination of its own.
