the magic isn't in habit tracking but habit building the inherent nature of a habit is that you don't track it you track conscious decisions, and those decisions build habits then those habits dictate your decisions

for habit building, i highly suggest a physical notebook and meditation meditate on what it is you really want from life, then break it down into actions, then weave actions together into a daily plan. Wake up, read the notebook plan, do the plan, and after about 2 months you've built a habit.
