Salads take so long to eat I’ve been eating for 20 minutes and I still feel hungry how do ppl do this

nobody talks about macronutrients when it comes to salads and it bothers me let me break it down protein satiates you carbs give you energy fats help your body absorb vitamins, helps your brain, whole lot of things greens are for micronutrients most salads are over focused on greens, and deficient in protein/carbs

reduce the amount of greens in the salad, add 170 grams of chicken (6 oz) or beef, 1/4 of an avocado (helps get the chicken down) or 1 tbsp of olive oil, and 50-100g of potatoes/rice you will definitely feel fuller

also I'm not a fan of leafy greens, I usually just eat steamed broccoli bc broccoli actually tastes like something and has texture and doesn't feel like you're eating paper
