Good morning Cardano's 'Chang Hard Fork' Upgrade on September Cardano will proceed with the 'Chang Hard Fork' upgrade on September 1, introducing on-chain governance where ADA holders can elect delegates (dReps) and vote on improvement proposals. The upgrade is part of the 'Voltaire Era' and includes CIP-1694, aimed at self-sustaining community management; it was delayed to allow exchanges to prepare.
