Uncomfortable post but anyone here get into the nitty gritty with your poops? Microbiomes, fiber, etc etc. I feel like there's so much variability in how different people handle different diets. Personally still dialing it in. Visbiome high potency probiotics deserve a mention, those are great IMO

I read the Pegen diet and that was good, but then I found out I am probably allergic to a subset of greens (still eliminating lol). My experience is that being scientific on the experiments you take on your body (i.e. journaling) can be huge so you know what works and what doesn't
