The mission is to proliferate Farcaster. This prop doesn’t focus on the mission & feels a bit self serving. Dangerous slippery slope.

Purple DAO paying for purple proliferation to an audience inside FC, which is shrinking, is the self serving ness I was referring too. You are a dao member & are getting paid on this. The others idk

What happened to retro funding as a default? Anyone remember @sirsu ? Poor guy caught so much underserved shit from some (former?) dao members it was embarrassing. 

We are already experimenting w paying someone to increase auction prices. I’d rather we revisit how effective that is before doubling down on what may be a losing tactic.
