My take:
While not exactly what MerkleM is after, which is likely tx fees 🤷🏻‍♂️ (ironically downstream of coin:base for now), this formula is fun to evaluate tokens with. How tight is the tension driving ‘GDP’.  Def not perfect & some economists have moved on from this classic
