Moms, how would you react if your college sophomore daughter called home to ask if she could sell feet pics online bc she found out she could get $1k for them? I do a podcast with some girlfriends of mine and this was the topic we discussed today. Our group chat later devolved into feet pics. Can’t escape naked toes anywhere I look these days. 🫠🫠🫠

Not a mom but have experienced this very call. The convo went something like this: where to you learn about the price of feet pics? TikTok. Oh that’s interesting. How many views did it get. Then a conversation about economics. Ever been driving & thought the left lane was going faster so you & a few other cars move into & suddenly that lane was the slow lane? Ended with Your job right now is school & her allowance. Made no changes & as far as I know she didn’t sell any pics.

Oh interesting! I think my views are similar. Keep em focused on the degree and learning skills that compound over their lifetime. The problem with young women using sexuality for capital and power when they are young is it’s a depleting resource over time (my 2 cents)
