Sweet. Group messages too? Does the caller need to encrypt before the POST or does WC do all that after receiving the message?

No group messages yet, just 1-1. Warpcast DMs are not e2e encrypted.

Ahh didn’t realize that. I remember seeing some ‘ratchet’ videos awhile back & had incorrectly anchored on that. Thanks!

They *were* encrypted in a previous iteration, and the design in those videos is still roughly the plan for decentralized DMs, but we need to revise the design and scale it to large chats. Until then, they are roughly the same as Twitter DMs.
