LOL, I just spent a day building gasless tx into my game for Warpcast users to be able to spend USDC without ETH.... and now I don't even need that!

So if my mini app has a transaction that costs 1 USDC + fees, this will enable anyone to pay with just the USDC they already have?

The FC App DevX feels like a cycle of wasted developer days. You start building something, and then MerkleM changes the foundation or builds it for you. App developers are then left to make adjustments with no meaningful improvement to the app. This cycle repeats, leaving less time for the fun parts of evolving the app. 5 times in one year I swapped out auth & ability to write to a hub. Should have waited but what entrepreneur can hear that word without cringing‽

It feels like we're stuck in a loop, constantly going in circles slowly moving forward. Only the lead developer has a clear view of where things are headed. The current process is very difficult to tell what to build & what to wait for.

It is getting better & it is moving faster now so I am hopeful the comms to to ecosystem will be improved to reduce this costly waste.

App lead protocol dev, even with a rebranding & open sourcing, would benefit from breaking this monolithic protocol up into several...
