Oh, that's only the first batch, I'm waiting for most of the bushes to ripen 😅 They are wild - we have a little forest just near our house, about 10 years ago a bunch of fir trees got eaten by bugs, and by miracle of nature raspberry bushes have grown in their stead.

That's just a different genre - I would say that makes more of a jelly, which is great as well! Discovered last year that red currant and raspberry make a nice jelly together, probably will make it this year as well

Is it heresy to say I like to strain the seeds from my jam? Is this like the new kiwi skin on skin off debate?
