I love the heat but the humidity has been brutal. Glad it’s cooling down a bit for an enjoyable evening run.

I tried running every morning last year December for the first few days I nearly fainted on the road 😭😂 but I think I got a hang of it but I have failed to replicate the effort this month so far proud of your work rate fren

Wow. Nice work for December! It’s a good rhythm to get into. You can get back into it for February. I find it’s important to make sure running feels like fun and not a chore so just do what feels right for you. Thanks!
