Believe it or not back then Saturday mornings were for anime/cartoons & cereal it was ritualistic for 90 babies 🥹

Animes weren't this popular then, everything was seen as cartoons, it was when I grew up I knew there was anything like anime

Anime had a huge following back then i use to see the kids get stuffed in lockers for trying to go super saiyan some of those kids were my friends 😂 and over time i learned to stick up for them 😤

Exactly, that year they would call me a baby for watching cartoons, and I would try and explain to them that it's different, but they didn't care to know the difference between them as long as its also animated

That’s true 💯 a lot of ppl use to argue with me when i told them this wasn’t a comic it was a manga or that adult swim was anime mostly and not cartoons only certain groups knew wtf i was even referring to lmao
