Ich verstehe den Unmut nicht. Die CSU hat keinen einzigen sinnvollen Vorschlag für eine Wahlrechtsreform vorgetragen. Das jetzige Wahlrecht ist GG-konform. Der CSU-Typ hat kein Anrecht auf den Wahlkreis, weil die nicht genug Zweitstimmen haben. So ist nun mal das Wahlprozedere.
