Went for a walk

About a year ago I had to stop running abruptly because of a gout diagnosis

That's under control now; 3km today, will try see if there's a 5km path on the same trail 

Note to self - followed the canal to the tree trunk, then turned right and right again; will keep going tomorrow to make it 5km
